1. Purpose of Registration
Your personal data will be handled by Nobel Sport Italia Srl to allow you:

• to fine-tune your registration to the reserved area of the site;
• to send us your voluntary application in the Info, Contacts & Jobs and in the Distributors Wanted areas of the site;
• to be contacted, receive e-mail messages, interact with social networks, and for statistical purposes and content displays by external platforms.

Your personal data collected and processed by Nobel Sport Italia Srl for the purposes referred to in paragraph b), point 2 (marketing purposes) are:

• personal data such as name, surname, home / residence address, date of birth, e-mail address, fixed and/or mobile telephone numbers entered in the registration form or freely sent in case of communications with telephone operators or by sending e-mail.

The provision of data highlighted as mandatory in the data collection forms for the purposes referred to in paragraph b), points 1 is necessary. Any refusal or provision of inaccurate and / or incomplete information may prevent you from registering on the site. The provision of data not shown as mandatory in the data collection forms is optional.

For the processing of personal data for these purposes, your consent is not required, pursuant to Article 6, letter b. and c., of the GDPR.

The provision of data for the purposes referred to in paragraph b), points 3 is optional and the Data Controller will pursue the purposes only if expressly and individually authorized by you. The website https://www.nobelsportitalia.com on the “Contact” page, section “Info, Contacts & Jobs” allows interested parties to request information through the inclusion of some personal data (such as name and surname and e-mail address) and to send any kinf of attachment, including their own Curriculum Vitae.
These data will be processed, manually and also through the use of IT tools by Nobel Sport Italia Srl specifically appointed staff, exclusively to respond to the user’s request.
The personal data introduced in the Form are divided into two categories: mandatory and optional, as shown in the procedure for requesting information. The provision of mandatory data and the related processing for the purposes indicated above are strictly functional to the execution of the request.
The other data collected are used to help Nobel Sport Italia Srl to offer an ever better service.

• Distributors Wanted
The website https://www.nobelsportitalia.com on the “Contact” page, section “Distributors Wanted” allows interested parties to send the request for the distribution of Nobel Sport Italia Srl products together with some data (such as name and surname, company name and address e-mail).
These data will be processed by Nobel Sport Italia Srl for purposes related to the research, selection and evaluation of personnel. The treatment will be carried out with manual, computerized and telematic tools with methods strictly connected to the purposes indicated above.
The data will be processed up to a maximum of one year and will subsequently be deleted, unless otherwise indicated by the interested party.
The provision of data is mandatory; the incomplete conferment of the same, precludes a complete evaluation of the candidacy.
The data will not be disseminated and will be processed exclusively for the aforementioned purposes by specially appointed personnel. It should also be noted that the aforementioned data (in particular those relating to personal requirements and relating to the professional experience) may be subject to verification. The interested party is requested, upon evaluation of the foregoing, to give us his/ her consent to the processing (by ticking the appropriate checkbox below the data collection form).

The treatment will be carried out with IT and telematic tools with methods strictly connected to the purposes indicated above. The data will be processed until the revocation of the explicit consent and will subsequently be deleted, unless otherwise indicated by the interested party.
The provision of data is optional, the user can request removal from this site and from company archives. The data are to be disseminated only on this site and will be processed exclusively for the aforementioned purposes by specially appointed personnel.
The interested party is requested, upon evaluation of the above, to give us his/ her consent to the processing (through the explicit request during the recording of photos and videos, in case of events not considered public).
The interested party at any time can exercise, by contacting the Data Controller, the rights recognized by the current legislation regarding the protection of personal data.

e) Processing methods and data retention times

The user’s personal data will be processed and stored either on paper or with the aid of automated tools according to logic strictly related to the aforementioned purposes and, in any case, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of your data.
The user’s personal data processed for the registration purposes referred to in paragraph b) point 1 will be retained until he/ she requests to revoke his/ her registration to the site, except for the CVs, which will, in any case, be deleted after 12 months.
The data processed for the purposes of profiling, marketing, and marketing of third parties referred to in paragraph b), point 2. will be retained until the user requests the withdrawal of consent given to the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes.

f) Scope of communication, transfer abroad and disclosure of personal data

The processing of personal data will be carried out by the internal personnel of the Data Controller as Data Responsibles and Data Processors. Furthermore, the processing may be carried out by a trusted company of the Data Controller, as data processor.

Personal data will not be disseminated in any way.
The user’s personal data could be transferred abroad, in Countries outside the European Union, on the basis of adequate guarantees, as foreseen by the European Regulation 2016/679.

g) Site security measures

For the management of the site specific security measures have been adopted, aimed at guaranteeing the user’s secure access and to protect the information contained in the same site from risks of loss or destruction, even accidental.
